""WHY"" is everyone panic buying fuel

There are big queue's in derby and it's reported that 2 stations are dry.

I popped out the office and filled up our spare van and the cashier said it's mostly older people who usually fill up once a month are brimming their cars.

Fuel sales up yesterday by 81% more money in the government coffers

We are all out of fuel around here and its just rediculous.. even at 7am this morning there where lines of traffic just to get into one station

That's how the government like it, People lining up to give them money so they in turn can  give it to countries like India and Brazil who have bigger economies than us anyway.

Well last time we kept goin cos we had an accout with BAA on the airport...this time we haven't.

This is why we run out of fuel coz of these idiots they drive to local shops panic an go refil

and reports know that garages are putting the prices up and cashing in .. this is just one big joke this government really couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery

They have organised the brewery side of things and are looking at a minimum price per unit of alcohol.

See they have organised fleecing joe public very efficeintly.

The irish had a brilliant idea during the last fuel shortage (not a joke!!). They had a MINIMUM sale of about three quarters of a tank full. This stopped dickheads topping up their tanks every 5 minutes and stopped garages running out of fuel cos most cars weren't running around with full tanks all the time.

Sorry. meant nearly empty tanks....!!
