Dear Our Valued Transporters,
We hope you all had a great break. Happy New Year!
Thank you for your hard work last year and we all look forward to a great year coming up with an increase in the number of listings available for you.
There have been quite a few complaints from both transport providers and customers regarding a few different issues so we would like to bring these to your attention and request that you please cooperate with us in making Anyvan a fair marketplace for all.
Please adhere to the following:
Please do not discuss, abuse or disadvantage any other company that is bidding on the website. Please only use the messaging facility to sell yourself / your service. This is extremely important.
If you discuss a price within a message you must formally place a bid so the user can accept your price. Too many times companies are discussing prices but not placing the bid.
Any transport provider, who enters contact details, bypasses the website or does not bid the full price for the job will be suspended until the deposit is paid with a £10 admin fee on top.
Please refrain from rude / abusive comments to customers. We are repeatedly receiving complaints about this and this will result in account suspension.
If a customer is being unrealistic with their budget please disregard their listing, or offer polite, helpful, feedback. We are losing customers due to offensive remarks and this reflects poorly on us.
Communication is KEY. Please communicate with customers at all times – even if the job is listed as “flexible”. If you have a problem please inform Anyvan and the customer as soon as possible. Dodging phone calls will inevitably earn you negative feedback.
On the whole the site is being used responsibly but a few ruin it for the others. Please help us in making Anyvan a pleasant experience for all users.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me. Have a great weekend and thank you for continually using our serivces. Best wishes,
Layla
