I have a customer who wants me to quote for parcels going to the Czech republic   Individual deliveries from 1kg in increments of 1kg parcels up to 10 kg.

Or possibly

Pallet at 60kg once a month

This is something new for us and hopefully someone will help point us in the right direction

What would delivery time scale be from collection?

I think Kate Transport (on mtvan) does some work in Czech Republic.

That's what i'm thinking but we haven't really been involved in european transport so we are inexperienced.

leave it to the experts then!        :)

seriously it involves alot of driving, correct paperwork and insurances but it is not rocket science.

I have a pallet company that have quoted £144+vat which sounds reasonable
Parcels upto 10kg are around £40.
It may be cheaper to consolidate and send a pallet monthly for my customer.

If it is not urgent I'd go with the quote you have been given.

Its almost 1,000 miles to Czech Republic,  so if urgent your customer would be looking at well over a grand to get it done.
