Just had a potential customer tell me most of his deliveries use dry ice.
Any tips?
Is it regulated? Does it have any special carrying requirements?

Not sure if this is what you ment, but i tried lol
We used to collect dry ice from BOC and put it on the overnights, I would therefore suggest it is fine.
I've moved a bit of it around in the past. I don't think it's regulated as I never had to go through any formal training to carry it but I may be wrong?
In terms of tips:
Hope this helps.

Thanks chaps. A little bit of googling has shown that there are couriers who offer to provide dry ice for their customers. This sounds a bit out of my depth considering small scale etc, but I'd be interested to know if anyone has done this. I presume you'd need a special storage freezer or something...
We work with dry ice everyday, just make sure you have the window down a little and let some air in, if you have lot on board it can send you to sleep, and i store dry ice at ours in a special bin
It comes under LQ
You dont need a freezer for dry ice, as its not the cold that keeps it frozen,
Dry ice doesnt melt to a liquid . In other words, dry ice turns from the very cold block of ice in to CO2 gas
Dry ice is down at - 60 degrees, it burners your skin if toughed without gloves
Never handle dry ice without gloves or glasses on
