You in your post "guessed" that some members must be in the sin bin. Currently nobody is in the sin bin and we use it very rarely (only once in the last month). If someone is banned from the forum it says so on the left hand side of their profile under their details, no guessing is required, there's not some secret banned list.
We try to keep the forum about things related to couriering, not discussing the forum rules which is why it was removed.
