I am Gary from Newcastle. Just starting off in this business and should be up and running this week. I would like to thank you all in the forum as the information I have read on this and other sites have been great and have provided me with vast amounts of information whilst carrying out my research.

Thanks for the welcome, will give it all I have and fingers crossed I can make a living from it.

1/ Find yourself a good debt collector you will need one, there are lots some charge more than others so shop around.

2/ If do work for another courier company MAKE sure you agree a price with them, its no good agrreeing a price once you have done the work.

3/ Your payment terms 28 days from the date on your invoice, if people want longer than that don't bother with them its plenty of time.
