You just invoice the Vendor in the normal way.
There are invoicing tools on mtvan should you need them, but after 10 years I would imagine you're sorted?

This site is merely a middleman. Vendors have the work, you the means to cover the work.
Mtvan merely make you both aware of eachother.
If you take a job off the site, you invoice the company who gave it you
