Sometimes when busy it usually happens "You have a major customer with a panic job and no drivers available" I personally divert the phones jump in the spare van and pick the job up, If it's local i will complete the job. If it's a distance job i will use another local courier company who i have a reciprocal arrangement with and meet their driver. or i will deliver the job myself. What do you do????
Panic Job / No Drivers what do you do?????

Nottingham & Derby Couriers
Similar but NOT with a local Courier Company, I firstly post it on an exchange site, go get it picked up, and once sold, get said job to the Courier in question, or wait for said Courier to get to us....We all do it, its called damage limitation.....
We also do similar with London deliveries, i.e get it picked up and then pass it on to a London Courier...a shuttle service if you like..ensures my lads don't get stuck in London AND makes sure we keep localised availability.
