Yet another phone call from someone asking for help because she's been let down by another courier. About 20% of my customers are the same, and most of these couriers don't even phone ahead to apologise - they just don't turn up.
I trust the regulars on this forum to be decent guys who care about their work, so who are these people who go round making promises to customers and then abandoning them?! It seems to happen so often that there must be a large number of people who do it on a regular basis. Why and how are they still in business?!
