Be AWARE.
We just had a call from an American sounding guy asking for us to pick up a package from Lincoln to Nottingham.
He said he would also need us to pay £100 at the UPS depot and he would re-imbrse us on delivery.
I told him this was not permitted as policy
I said we could collect the £100 from him in nottingham and the delivery charge.
He said he would get back to us.
And his number was witheld.

Is it a scam?...or just a stoopid yank?
yep sounds dodgey to me!
We had a spate of these a while back,
Some chap wanted a BMW key picked from a dealer in Exeter and delivering to SE1,
Now don't get me wrong they are good cars but they are hardly exotic, so I phoned the dealer just to make sure, it turns out that the dealer can cut and program a key ready to use and you need to pick it up in person with lots of photo ID etc I was told that they will not be releasing the key under any circumstances!!!
had a spate of scams from OL19 area a while back
