I have recieved a complaint from one of the companies i SUB FOR. Last week I did a delivery in the middle of uk at a house in middle of nowhere was caught short I asked very politley if I may use there loo.Thanked the gentleman and nt on my way. A complaint was rang through through porinting out he was director. What are we supposed to di. It was an emergency.
