Next day deliveries will be uplifted for overnight transport for delivery either before 10 am or 12 noon. Courier expert gave all information needed for the job to be completed satisfactorily. I treated their customer as I would my own ie I waited for the goods, helped pack them and changed the delivery address as it would have to be delivered after hours because the consignment was not ready on time. None of the problems could have been foreseen by Courier Expert but if I was to work for their customer again I would let them know in plenty of time that I was coming. The customer was extremely grateful and will use Courier Expert again :-)

Although my feedback is mainly positive, this was a delivery from a hospital to another hospital...and unless the pick up address and description of where the item is to be picked up from is entirely accurate, then I am afraid that time critical deliveries can go awry, especially where the NHS is concerned. I was directed to the wholly wrong part of Canterbury Hospital, not by Courier Expert, but by the person who had made the booking I presume, meaning that I wasted about twenty to twenty five minutes at the pick up point before I was in the right part of the building...not good!!

Very good experience, given job about 5 mins after quoting for it, later got a txt as promised with all info needed. Eg. Collection & delivery address, along with contact phone nos at both ends. First job for Courier Expert, customer misreported actual weight of consignment which caused no end of problems for me, however on the bright side Andy from Courier Expert was really helpful and the job was completed next day , involving two runs to London due to weight not the volume, PS if you are tested overweight by VOSA in Northampton M1 J18 there is a Holiday Inn next door NN6 7XR that let me book a room to store part of load (boxes) to get on my way again without calling in another van to take part load , mind you I have scales in van now and a calculator so won't happen again.
