Collected 50 minutes late at 09:20 instead of 08:30, and then took 6 hours to get the 167 mile delivery done. Didn't inform me of any delays en route and none were reported on the highways agency website. When I called after 4 hours to ask why he still hadn't delivered he gave some excuse about how he didn't go round the M25 because the traffic is always bad until 09:30. The problem is he was only 10 minutes out of Nuneaton at 09:30 and nowhere near the M25. Needless to say will not use again.
