Driver could not find the collection address, he turned up 1 and a half hours late. Then asked for payment before me receiving an invoice. On receipt of the invoice I was then hassled for the next 48hrs or so, very late at night I may add for payment, I paid the invoice within a few days just to get him off my back.

We have not used Vanadoo before, Omar was not the first to contact us on this Job, we went on the strength of his persistant quotes in the past and his location, after a brief chat, was bit disappointed to find that he had no manual POD's with him which he realises was a mistake on his part, did try to locate a stationary on route via google with no success, also not sure if he listens to instructions given, which was "please get photographic evidence of POD" which didnt happen this was repeated on a number of occasions including the initial confirmation call of delivery, when realised he didnt have one he did go back to get a hand written note at delivery end for confirmation.. The customer has used us in the past and after this may not use us again.. Would I use again probably not, Would we pay extra for an excellent service... No
