mtvan App

Anyone having a problem with the app. Everytime i try and put my load status, it just freezes and i can't do anything else with it, is there a problem with it?

I had the same problem with the ipad and still no closer to sorting out the problem, I believe the app isnt set up for for the 8.1 in which I have.

I've just updated mine to 8.1.1 which was available today

Cant do much with my app neither darren

Mines been frozen for 2 days now, I cant even sign out of it

I see no changes to the app as yet. Mine just keeps freezing all the time, what a waste of an app that could be a great tool if it worked properly

Some of us cant even have the pleasure of frozen app let alone a working one...

I won't have myself when my contract runs out in July. Apple phones are crap anyway. An andriod app would be great as long as it works, but i can't see that happening anytime soon :(

Works ok on my iphone. I will be changing back to Android in the next week or so. Thats another step away from mtvan again. Sad innit when the last couple of weeks are deemed to be the worst in the industry (no doubt) some will like to let us know how extra busy they have been, when work on an Android system could have been trialed. Other sites can do it (not just Courier Exchange) so where is the problem. We are in 2015 so why is mtvan stuck in the noughties! A possible good site being left behind for what reason. This content has been covered so many times so why is there no action, just reason against moving forward.

Can I have a badge now and 12 months free.

Have you done the new iphone update tho phil. Me & a few ither have and the app just freezes on us. A new update came out yesterday, i was hoping the this would solve the problem but nothing doing :(. Thank for bringing paperwork aswell, i will get you paid shortly mate, top job as always

No M8 am still on version 7.1.2 it works for me and knew I will be upgrading (back to Android) so not seen the point in upgrade app. Going to be VAT registered from 6th April so wait till then. Like to keep you happy Daz as you always seem to ring when am quiet. :-)
