Telephone Booking Service

Hi everyone,

We're introducing a telephone service that will be able to post work on your behalf very soon.

The software is written and ready for testing on live jobs. Are there any vendors that have work (can be urgent or non-urgent) that I could post on their behalf some time in the next 24hrs? Feel free to reply here or send me a message directly.

How does this work? Do venders call the telephone services or customers too? Please elaborate. :)

Currently vendors will be able to call the telephone service, not their customers. The vendor will be able to specify a customer (existing or new) as they currently do when booking work.

The aim of the telephone service will be to help members who find themselves away from a computer, drivers who wish to post work while they're in the van etc.

So Admin would have details of every ones customers?

On the current booking screen above you can specify your customer for a job, but you don't have to. Our telephone service will allow you to specify a customer for the job you want booking, but you don't have to. Effectively we will be providing a service to complete and submit the above form for you.
