Aye up Mr Schofields...
Ive had the grenn screen and thought I'd broken my satnav for good... However I recovered it back to the start menu. But I will give your idea a go then have a bash at Gas Bikes Idea.
Cheers fellas
Im no sales man for Garmin.. But I see it like this, Garmin are the world leaders in Sat Nav technology, you will find there equipment in planes, boats and other craft and all over the world.. There sat navs do from time to time have glitches but nothing thats difficult and can be sorted, the price may be a tad more expensive, but you get what you pay for.. I currently have 3 waterproof SatNavs, The original Garmin Quest which still works fine, a Street Pilot which is my backup but never used and now a later Zumo 220 with full european maps, in which did cost when it first came out, I also have lifetime updates for less than £80.. But the Nuvi is a good priced unit and ideal for 4 wheels as apposed to 2 wheels.
If you want all singing all dancing, I would recommend the zumo 660 or equivalant but does come with a price tag.
I know Tom Toms are a bit of a condender and some will say they are just as good if not better than, but I have found most I know who have had a TT they had nowt but problems from mounting issues to crashing issues..
But thats my ipinion
And top it all what will we do in couple of years when the gps satallites get decomissioned

Won't be doing this in a couple of years, so that's ok.

The satellites wont be decommisioned, theirs to many and bloody expensive to replace.. The only thing that maykill em is meteors, or large debri and may be a space ship that been out on the town!
Found it i knew i had read it somewhere [s](http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1184550/GPS-satellite-close-breakdown-fail-2010--leading-motorists-straight-trouble.html#axzz2KjG3mfKP
Do you believe everything that is put in the media... I will believe it when it happens until then, dont believe evrything thats written.. I stopped buying the news of the world when It stopped publication.. The only one I believe is the Sunday sport... :-)
You know its allways true if its in the sport Thats why weve new been back the moon after that london decker crashed there after using his faulty tom tom
