Paid for advertisements on mtvan

I just noticed that one of the paying advertisers on MTVan is a "free" website.

Also, it belongs to a member who only recently joined and does not actually provide courier services.

Add in the fact that any company who claims such availability on their website should realistically be capable of funding a genuine hosted website, it does make me wonder a couple of things.

A) Is said company really trustworthy and reliable?

B) Is MTVan prepared to allow advertising without first checking out the company who wishes to advertise?
