How would you guys deal with clients that would like to pay the driver directly?
What would your terms be?

I'd make the subby pay the cash into an offshore account for you and pay them 60 days EOM
Just out of curiosity, what sort of business are you running?
Sounds like he's planning on re-subbing work off Shiply and Anyvan.

My thoughts too
One day begging for work next day posting jobs left right and centre, cant figure it out myself, lots of what would appear retail work as well, I stand to be corrected as usual.
Dont see why you cant trust the driver to pass on your share of the spoils - if drivers can trust and wait for payment 30/60 at a time then atleast lend the same courtesy to them - most people have paypal and internet banking money can be transfered instantly -
