5i have seen some jobs posted on here where there is like 2 to 3 days between collection & delivery dates how do you price these jobs because if you pick up a full van load then you can not delivery until 3 days after the van wont be able to do any other job

5no aint got non but i think i will have to look in to it but still how would i price the job up would i have to pass the cost of overnight storage to the customer ect
6679No worries, just helps everyone get to what they want to (and will help me when I finally add a search to the forum). :)
You can get short term storage at places like the yellow box company, you obviously need to factor into your quote the cost of storage & man hours to load/unload or if on pallets quite a few of the larger transport guys normally take them in for you for quite reasonable rates
2821Some place do overnight pallet storage (dont ask me cause I dont know how much it is)
