RFC Transport

RFC Transport did a job for us last week, which we had advertised on Freight Alerts.  But instead of picking it up himself and delivering it to my customer, he advertised to job on MTVan and got Ultimate Express to deliver it to his home.  Please think twice before using this company, as it also seems other companies are having difficulty getting payment from him.

we have never done any job for value couriers as i am proveing by looking through all relivent paper work and never done a job for them.

i have made a number of complaints about this as sick of my company getting the blame for doing this job when we did not. also if anyone does work for me i ask the to get the vehicle reg on collection.

i dont know what value couriers problem is but we are a very profesional company and treat all customes the same.

also i would like to hear from the companies that are apparently haveing trouble getting payed from our self as our accountant sort all payment.

So you have proof of ownership of the quad bike that was delivered to your home from my client in Leeds.  If you do then I appologise, if not I sugest you prepare a visit from the law.

The quad was sold on ebay to my customer, who contracted us to deliver it to Northampton.  RFC took the job when we advertised it on Freight Alerts, but then advertised it on here. 

Ultimate Express then picked it up from the seller in Leeds and delivered it to Craig Hope/RFC Transport.

I have a number of people I have spoken to about this person and none of them had anything good to say.

I DO HOPE THE LAW DOES COME SO CAN SORT THIS OUT THEN I WILL NOT GET THE BLAME FOR SOMEONE ELSES MISTAKE.

Who made what mistake?

VALUE COURIERS SAYIN MY COMPANY DONE JOB WHEN IF MY COMPANY HAD OF TOOK JOB IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE SAMEDAY OR NEXT DAY.

IM THINKING ABOUT RINGING THE POLICE MYSELF AS THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. WE ARE VERY PROFESIONAL AND ALWAYS DELIVER A GOOD SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS,

Post some evidence for your claims or stop making slanderous allegations, your choice.

Also, your beef seems to be that a job you were contracted to do that you then subbed out, was then subbed out by the person contracted to do it. Funny.

JUST ANOTHER POINT THAT THANKS PRESTON COURIERS.I HAVE SPOKE TO A NUMBER OF PEOPLE NOW ABOUT THIS MATTER AND MOST SEEM TO THINK HE IS GETTING MYSELF MIXED UP WITH A DIFFRENT COMPANY, ALSO IF THIS JOB WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE IM SURE ULTIMATE EXPRESS USE POD'S AND ALSO I ONLY USE THIS SITE AND FREIGHT ALERTS TO POST OVERSPILL WORK OR TO GET A RETURN LOAD TO THE NORTH EAST. AND SINCE Northampton IS SOUTH OF LEEDS WE WOULD NOT TAKE THAT JOB ON, WE ARE A VERY RELIABLE BUSINESS AND HAVE MANY HAPPY CUSTOMERS, DONT GET ME WRONG WE ARE NOT PERFECT AS HAVE HAD THING BROKEN AND LATE BEFORE BUT ALWAYS SORTED IT FOR CUSTOMER AS THAT IS THE REASON FOR GIT INSURANCE WHICH MANY PEOPLE DONT HAVE.

hi would like to know were thy have gone did a job 23/8/11 and it was the first job as he rang me and still not been payed £100 not a lot but i pulled him out of the s**t as it was sameday anyone know whats happened landline cut off and mobile going to answer phone left loads of messeges and still nowt

Well Wayne Im in the Same Boat....

Did a run down to Leicester for him on 19/08/11, invoice posted and emailed,

Left it way over the 30 days.....STILL NO PAYMENT

Invoice posted to house address and business address....STILL NO PAYMENT....

And to make things 10 times better landline number has been cut.

Only £130 but the fuel and half days work has come out of my pocket!!!!!!!!!!! 

Just done a job in his area and dropped into his business address which is now empty and been round to his house address which is also empty, so who ever he owes money to dont look like they be getting it......

sorry for not adding as been off the road for 4 weeks as van been in for repair (body work) as some prat dropped a load in the side of van    thanks for letting us no he done a dissapering act we will have too look out if he starts up again
