I've just been perusing the available small van work on this site. There are 65 jobs showing and every single one is courtesy of Courier Expert. He seems to have completely taken over. Have the rest of you all given up or what?
This is getting silly

It's the weekend?
Mr G Courier Service
You will notice if you use twitter than courier expert posts jobs through his own feed, mtvan feed and now veho feeds... That means i see his 2 mile work tweeted 3 times for every job! im now considering leaving twitter too!
It would also help Manadoon to upload your Insurance and get rid of the red marker..
Its not purely about how many jobs are on here to quote on tho is it, or whether its from one or 101 vendors. Its whether they're being quoted on, and subsequently "sold" that interests me.
I'm sure Mr C/E has more reliable info than i, but from where i'm sitting, if I have a job that needs covering, i want it covered within 10-15 mins.
No disrespect but there appears to be too many unsold jobs to merit my time and effort.
Text alerts taking hours to get thru the other day may well have been a blip, but it hardly gives us confidence, and the fact that no one noticed is more alarming isn't it?
I want to be confident that any work put on here will get members alerted to the fact, and then subsequently sold, and quickly. Thats what my customers pay for, and thats what they are used to getting. Until the same can be said here, then it's always going to be an uphill task getting me, and people like me, to trust the site to do what it was designed to do.
If anyone has evidence to the contrary then please enlighten me

OR when the distance work doesn't get covered on here, CE work gets posted on the big yellow. FACT
Many jobs get posted on different exchange site at the same time. I have no issues with who puts what where and how often, annoying as it may be seeing unsold jobs on one, when it's been sold on another, but thats another issue altogether.
Vendors try and cover work as quickly as possible, and if for whatever reason they have a need to stick it on several sites at the same time then sobeit. It does suggest a lack of confidence on the part of the vendor toward the various exchange sites, and it undoubtedly leads to some wasted calls, but its up to them isn't it.
I have neither the time nor inclination to jam up exchange sites with duplicates of a job, but then again I don't need to as I DO have confidence when i post a job that 99% of the time it will get covered within my timeframe.
Why over complicate things?
Phax
Yer Speed why over complicate like I said stick them in a different box for under 20 mile jobs or what ever suits
I'm still here trying to make a buck, if your stuck and i can help.GB
