there are no companies that pay weekly as subbie & responsible for own running's of your business alot of companies you would sub to would expect you to give em 30 day's on receipt of your invoice, some net monthly some even 60 day's which allows the company enough time to receive there money from there customers to pay you, last company i knew that paid weekly where lewis day who are no longer about, i some times pay drivers 7day's if I've already been paid by my customers that way leaves me with one less headache but normally it's 30 days.

You should state that your term's are 30 days  from date of invoice, after 30 days if no payment received send another invoice stating that if not paid with 14 days there will be a late payment charge

Whatever put the idea into your head that you'd be paid weekly?

The only time you'll ever get paid weekly is if you work solely for one Courier Company, like mine. Generally its 30 days as with 99% of any job out there.

Cashflow is the bane of all business so weekly payments aren't going to happen
That's why to have a chance as a courier, you need a reserve to tide you over...and thats why couriers come and go. The true pro's stay cos they know how to play the game. Getting made redundant, buying a van and calling yourself a2b couriers doesn't make you a courier, understanding the business does.

Thanks for your comments guys. I was testing the field. I know ya dont get weekly pay from experience, 30 days is OK in theory but as with cashflow some like to make you wait till the end of month-then 30days.

i am here to last not fly by night.
