You can use the app to post work. Just go to the Courier Work tab, and hit the Plus sign in the top right hand corner to post a new job:
You can choose to open it for offers, or keep it private:
The work will appear in the Unallocated Bookings page on control screen.
Is this just for iPhone or can you use it on Android phones?

Works on iPad as well.
And of course, we don't use anything as old-fashioned as Flash, so iPad is a good way of using mtvan, either on the app or on the browser.
