There are many Businesses both OD's and Companies that rely very much on Courier Exchange as it has the memberships to give you the peace of mind that any job, no matter where it is, can be covered
So when it goes down it has a major impact
Yes there are alternatives, but none have anything like the number of members they do, and so the "peace of mind" is replaced by "fingers crossed".
