Hi, Im looking for any advice that will be of use to me. Im currently a multi drop driver looking for same day work on Saturdays and possibly Sundays. My questions are as follows: Is using Couier Exchange worth my while bearing in mind the £325 cost for 6 months subscription? Is it easier to obtain loads on weekends? I have access to a 4 meter Sprinter, is there much need for such a size van? What is the sort of pence per mile i should be quoting?

If there is any more advice you could feedback to me it would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

No exchange site is going to be worth the outlay if you're only looking for weekend workin my opinion so for me its a non starter... sorry

I'm not saying there isn't weekend work but to pay for an exchange site for 365 days a year, then only look for work for 104 of em, and the quitest 104 at that is just not going to give you an accurate picture of what an exchange site can do. If i were you i'd offer your services to local courier companies as a standby weekender. They'll have less drivers, so you may get your foot in the door
