Before Darren corrects me, he has actually given us 11 feedback comments, not 14. I did a keyword search only using the word 'east' and have now realised there were 3 more from other company names, also containing the word 'east '

Hi Darren, any feedback is welcome, good or bad. We can only improve what we do, by knowing what couriers who have actually carried out for us, think about their experience with courier expert.
