"I have an urgent package from Nottingham to London, If you get there and there's no one in do we still have to pay?"
It can't be that urgent then if the person or company that requires it might not be in
The answer should have been 'yes, it will be the same price again when we deliver it on Thursday'!

I couldnt agree more
I suppose I could have replied Yes if the driver waived his wages and the petrol station refund the diesel.
You should have told them half back too
