Not sure how I missed the first response above, but no, I didn't win the job with H unfortunately. Think I was the only one to quote on here, someone elsewhere must have phoned or CX'd it perhaps.

If you put in a quote online, make sure you write it down and keep it. However, quoting via the online system is not to be recommended.
It's always better to call and submit your quote verbally (That goes for CX as well as MTVan).
But in both cases, write it down and keep it. Then you can look back at your leisure.

Just to elaborate on my comment that quoting online is not recommended, the reason I say this is:
People working in a busy office with telephones ringing almost as soon as they have put down the receiver don't have time to look at emails.
texts are best for me...then i can ring back...don't wanna be inundated with calls...nice tho it is to hear from you lovely people :0)
