is not about time we had a feed back system on MTV?
That way if someone is habitually late paying (or not at all) can be warned about so other drivers don't have problems getting people to settle their accounts?
we all do work on a trust basis, the driver is trusted to get the goods there safely and within deadline, and the company is responsible for paying the driver within the time scale of their T&c's
whether 30 days or whatever!

Yes it is about time.
I'm currently coming to the end of another project I'm working on. Soon when I can focus my attention back on mtvan I'll be working on improved profile pages in the new style, and feedback.

Well, i think, there lies the problem with this site. Other projects seems to take preference over MTvan and that's why most of members suggestions and beefs are ignored.

Not at all. mtvan is my favourite project to work on. This year, and for the last few years I have used the majority of my time to work on mtvan.
And contrary to what you claim, all members suggestions and problems are listened to. I read and discuss at length every single one. I implement a great many features that have elements originating from what our members have been asking for. Also of course not every suggestion is a good one, and what one person wants does not always fit in with what the majority want.

Just joined MTvan and can't believe there's no rating system! This would encourage people to pay for work carried out, as per CX.

e-mailed from another freight site if anyone wants a copy let me know!!

Our feedback system is ready to accept ratings for any jobs you've (vendors) allocated, or (couriers) been allocated recently.

Is it not possible to leave feedback for other mtvan couriers we have subbed for before joining ourselves? I tried to but got the message about not having any feedback to leave, which I thought strange because I have delivered one job for Pronto at least.

You must must must get them to allocate the job to you from now on.
They have a huge list of historical jobs that I may need to clear off for them to make their life easier. I will send them an email.

Just been prompted to leave feedback on a job I gave out.
Observations:
Vehicle Condition: Needs an 'unknown' option as I never saw it.
Comments: 100 character minimum is a PITA.
