We have recently undertaken some work for a company called xxxx also trading under xxxx. We were contacted by xxxx. It appears after undertaking approx £1500 that the company has no intention of paying our bill, I've done some digging and apparently he has done this to at least SIX other courier company's in the area.

Thank you for that priceless information there. Its unfortunate that we have to find these things out in this way and at such an expense too.
Good luck for the future.

Hi yes this is a real pain of this business, you do the job and you exprect to get paid,
We have done some work for a 'gentleman' on this site and unless he pays up soon then I will 'name and shame' We did the work and invoiced on short terms due to this chaps past problems but even on a 30 day terms he is still very late,
If you do get try these people it will cost but they get the job done
It costes £200 +vat to register please make sure your T&C's include 'any costs involved in collection will be added to the non payers account then it will cost them not YOU!!
I'm still waiting for this company to pay up if they don't soon then we will have no choice but to either chase the company who's goods we delivered IE cut out the middle man or use the debt collectors
Time will tell!!

Just an update: It seams that the guy who has ripped us off make a habit of defrauding hard working courier company's out of money. He also trades under the following company names:
Website Admin
I've just had to edit this page as I've received a Cease and Desist notice about it. This is a prime example of why it is not worth naming and shaming with actual names, as it:
Admin, whilst I appreciate the legal position you are in, I hope you have reciprocated and used a 'cease and desist' on his account so he/she/it can not do it to others on here.
Damn no edit function, I meant on the person posting the work not the person named and shamed.
Non-Payers need booting, should be a condition of membership that all bills are paid within 30 days max (I pay on return btw)
I recieved a 'black list' from another frieght site from a victim of our favorite non payer this morning,
if you need a copy let me know!
Yes please, Dave. I'm assuming you're speaking of our mutual 'friend'?.. John

'xxxx' is obviously no good to anyone but I'm sure I for one would welcome a PM

Preston Couriers. I wish I'd seen that before I returned to Kent empty from Liverpool after the return load was cancelled!

"Posting of libellous or defamatory comments is strictly forbidden.
We're sure you understand that anything that could bring the site into
disrepute will be removed immediately."
I totally agree with the above but when the comments are true then there is nothing libellous about them - libel is the writing of lies.
What could be libellous about posting the details of a CCJ on this site - it has already been proved true by a court ?
Website Admin
If something has been through court and you have a genuine link to show it, then yes please post away.
If a member believes a comment made about them is libellous, then they have the legal recourse to sue the poster. The poster would then be legally accoutable for their defammatory comment. The site is only a provider of an opportunities for members to discuss issues.
Administrator, please verify which law requires you to sensor entries made by me or other members. I am very interested in the legal, rather than chosen or ethical, constraints that you operate within.
If there is no legal requirement of you, then why the bloody hell are you censoring entries?
Anyone I have commented on, or will comment on, like Carl Hyndman, owner of V.I.P. Couriers (on this site), who knowingly and intentionally mugged me "legally" of £500, get what they deserve. If these muggers believe that I have libelled them, then I strongly urge them to sue me. BRING IT ON!
I again make the request to the administrator.
P.S. If any members would like to speak to me please ring 07809601227.
I am happy to to give a verbal representation of facts, therefore potentially commiting slander also. BRING IT ON.
Kind regards
Tony

Well I rang Tony (and said cheerio Keith! - sorry mate) and I'm glad I did. A proper courier with the right work ethics. It's good to talk.
PTC Sameday
Dammit, now 'It's good to talk' will have to be changed to 'It's xxxx to xxxx' !
I did some work for jason lee jal couriers based in whittlesey peterboro, hes a subcontractor at yodel st neots he did'nt pay me joker
PTC Sameday
That's handy to know because my daughter lives in St Neots and I'm always up for work to or for there. Strangely enough there's a PTC in St Neots too. A software company I think.
PTC Sameday
In case it came over as suspicious, my 'cheerio Keith, sorry mate' comment earlier on was simply a case of me saying sorry for calling Tony by the wrong name as I ended the call. It's old age wot does it, guv!
ring him up + pretend u are inland revenue for me lol
Kexby Couriers
I'm glad you posted the guy from Whittlesey I will avoid thanks and guys I agree the Bleeps! should be banned and named and shamed.
Morning!
