I also think that it was a bad idea starting but your here now and any time wasted on questioning yourself weather that was right or wrong is wasted and you cant do that because you have a lot of other more important things to do!
I would take notice of warnings on the internet but always remeber mostly its the bad stuff that makes it on here the rest of time its probably not worth talking about!
I agree wit the rest talk to as many people in the industry get the word out Look smart always answer your phone by available all the time if you can. Remember its worth making sacrifices out of ours for good contacts. This whole thing needs to be the most important thing in your life for the next couple of years if oyu want it to work.
Get a good understanding of self employment the goverment offer free training for start ups they may not appear to be usfull and are quite boaring but it might keep you on the right side of the revenue!
Ensure you provide your customers with proper invoices as too many couriers lose work as they are cowboys when it comes to invoicing!
Finally no one else id going to give you a job get this right and it could be the best opportunity you get. Good luck I really hope you do make it!
