If you have reset your password (which gives you a hard-to-remember jumble of letters as a password to use) you can change it to a more memorable one of your own choice:
Go to Dashboard >> Account >> General Details >> then scroll down to Personal Details.
You can then change your password. Remember to click on Save at the bottom of the section before leaving the page.
While you are there, you can add a description of your business (your van or business overview, your experience, particular skills etc) and work across all the tabs to upload a photo (essential for getting business over the phone) and add your insurance details etc.
